12 Posture Asana System

The sequence starts with relaxation in corpse pose. then you do the opening prayers. Next moving on the khapalabhati, then anulomaviloma. After this sun salutation 1,3,6 ,9, or 12 sets. This is followed by the 12 primary postures. The sequence is finalized with a complete relaxation and the closing prayer.

We tend to add in a few postures of the 108 that are in the system in different parts. One may add handstand in after crow, or split after triangle. It depends on the lesson. A common practise is to do scorpion after head stand. Also you can modify alot of the postures with lotus to make them more difficult.
