The sequence starts with relaxation in corpse pose. then you do the opening prayers. Next moving on the khapalabhati, then anulomaviloma. After this sun salutation 1,3,6 ,9, or 12 sets. This is followed by the 12 primary postures. The sequence is finalized with a complete relaxation and the closing prayer.
